Your products might be fantastic, or your services are flawless – but if there is no proof beyond a portfolio, then it can be difficult for people to believe. Using testimonials can demystify what you offer and how you do it. Showing the success or how happy people are with your services can encourage more people to purchase from you. 

Case studies and graphics can be used to make it more visually appealing. 

Short and Snappy

Many small businesses make the mistake of trying to include too much text information, and that can feel like hard work to the reader. Instead, use short sentences, and have bullet points and guides to where they should go next. 

Use your white space to give the reader a break between all of the information, and where possible, use video too.
