Use SimplyCodes to Save Big This Black Friday

It’s the most wonderful time of the year!

I’m not sure about you, but I love this time of year. There’s magic in the air and I always feel like a kid decorating the tree, drinking hot chocolate, and oohing and aahing over all the Christmas lights and decor.

Per usual, however, it has snuck up on me. Thanksgiving is this week and that means lots of eating, but also Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales!

I love a great sale. Saving money is amazing.

How would you feel knowing you could save even more without ever leaving the comfort of your warm, cozy home?

I’m all about shopping from home, especially as a busy mom to 4 kids. I’m always on the lookout for deals and tricks to save. A few months ago, I discovered a new coupon browser extension and it’s so awesome.

Enter: Simply Codes

  • SimplyCodes is a coupon browser extension for desktop (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari) and now mobile (iOS Safari) that was designed to fix the frustrations people have with other coupon extensions on the market. Those big issues include things like the codes never work, they pop up too much, they don’t cover enough stores, and it’s unclear what they’re tracking.
  • SimplyCodes has the largest library of verified promo codes of any extension out there (3 million plus and counting) and covers more stores (78,000+). It also only pops up when we believe we have a code that will work. And we have very strict and transparent privacy measures with no tracking or collecting any data.
  • SimplyCodes is among the very first shopping extensions available for mobile. With Apple opening up browser extensions on mobile Safari for the first time in late September, SimplyCodes became one of the first apps to help people save money right there in the browser on their phones — which is where more than half of eCommerce purchases are made today.
  • SimplyCodes is created by Demand.io, a small tech company (just 7 people) in Los Angeles. Demand.io is also the makers of Knoji.com, a community-driven reviews and consumer information platform; Dealspotr.com, a crowdsourced deals website; and soon Favely.com, an influencer marketplace platform.

I absolutely love that SimplyCodes has an Apple app. I do most of my shopping from my phone. Because of that, I tend to miss out on coupon codes. Having an app on your iPhone will ensure you’re saving as much money as possible. Who doesn’t love that?

If you have a Chromebook like me, you’re also in luck. The extension can be downloaded easily at the Chrome store.

Why SimplyCodes?

There are several shopping tools out there, so why choose SimplyCodes? If you’re a numbers nerd like me, let me break it down for you. SimplyCodes has over 2.6 million active codes (and counting). Their community is constantly testing codes to make sure they’re working.

Whether you’re shopping at big retailers or Instagram brands, they are finding and providing codes to get you the best deal.

Another thing that’s super important to me is my privacy. SimplyCodes said they will never sell your data or keep track of your browser history.

The site itself is super easy to navigate as well. Simply search your favorite stores and see what coupon codes are available. Here’s an example of the discount codes Victoria’s Secret has available (at the time I’m writing this post).

When you go to your favorite store online, the extension will automatically pull up any discount codes that are available.

Just click the “show codes” button and it will reveal the available codes. Easy peasey.

Will History Repeat Itself?

We all know that 2020 was a strange year all around. With mask mandates and other covid restrictions, Black Friday shopping was a bit different last year to say the least. Retailers went above and beyond by offering incredible coupon codes that shoppers could use online. Stores like Rent the Runway, TheRealReal, Warby Parker, and even Little Caesar’s (yes, the pizza place) offered incredible deals.

You may be wondering if history will repeat itself. Will retailers offer great deals online again in 2021? While I don’t have a crystal ball to give me that answer, I do know that I will be using SimplyCodes and checking their site regularly for coupon codes.
