Miss Maddie is 4 months old now! How did that happen? She is our last baby and I just can’t handle how quickly time is passing!

Since I’m a “veteran” mom now (I guess lol), I have the experience of knowing what products I actually needed. With my first pregnancy, I wanted everything which lead to having tons of stuff that I actually did NOT need.

I’m here to share with you today, some of the best products, in my opinion, for new moms!

Breastfeeding Cover/Car seat Cover

Normally, I do not wear a cover when I’m breastfeeding. I know this can be a controversial topic, but boobs were made for feeding babies. However, there are some occasions where I will cover up, depending on where I am and what I am wearing. I really like this cover. It’s so soft and stretchy. It also serves as a car seat cover, which I love because my previous one only draped over and would blow all over the place when it was windy. You can also use this to cover shopping carts and high chairs when out. I love the versatility! Bonus: people won’t be touching your baby when the cover is on! Why do people (strangers, especially) want to touch the baby?

Boppy Pillow

A boppy has been a must have for me. This is another versatile item. It can be used for breastfeeding, holding, propping and tummy time. There are so many cute designs. This one is adorable!

Fridababy Nasal Aspirator

A nasal aspirator, otherwise known as the “snot sucker” is a gotta have for me! When my sister first told me about it, I thought, “um..I use it how?!” It was one of the gifts she got me when the twins were born and boy am I glad she did. The bulbs seemed super gross to me because you can’t see inside them, so how do you clean them?? The snot sucker is easy to clean because you can take it apart. I actually used it this morning on baby M. Dont’ knock it til you try it!

Corset

I love my Bellefit Corset! Like, seriously love. I had one following the twins and this pregnancy. The compression is amazing and totally relieved back pain. It also helped ease the discomfort from my C-section incision. (Bonus: use code: 3why20 and save $20 off your order.) Check out my review of the Bellefit Corset here.

Our must haves, besides the obvious, were a baby bouncer and baby carrier.

Great pics. With all three of my babies, a bouncy seat was vital to doing things like taking a shower.
