There’s this common misconception that taking supplements usually means eating very bland and tasteless things. Thankfully, there are plenty of flavored options that you can choose from nowadays. For instance, you can get protein powders with many different flavors such as vanilla or chocolate, and you can even get extremely indulgent flavors such as strawberry cheesecake.

This is especially important if you’re aiming to get a set amount of nutrients from something, or if you’re watching your calories and you want to ensure you don’t go over your limits.
